Henry the Dog needs a home
- Henry came to us from a local shelter. He is looking for his forever home
- Adoption fee is $100.
- 2 year old, believed to be an Australian Cattle Dog.
- Weighs 40 pounds and is full grown.
- Neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations.
- He knows several basic commands and is eager to please.
- House trained and not crated.
- Henry is a very sweet and friendly guy. He is very dedicated to his people. He is ok with other dogs but can be a bit protective of his humans.
- He will need a home that is calm and with no children
- He will need a home with a yard and daily exercise. He loves to play and has lots of energy to burn. He would be a wonderful walking, hiking or running companion. He also loves to lay at your feet and just chill.
- As do all young dogs, he would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, good household behaviour and overall socialization.
- The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
